2. where is boston

Well, most people may have already heard of Boston, but some might want to ask where the hell it is. It lies to the north east of New York, which is about a four hour drive away, on the east shore of Massachussetts. At mapquest.com, you should be able to find a map of the northeastern U.S.

It is the most important city of the five New England states, crowded with live - at least until 10p.m. You can consider it to be one of the great American metropoles, although public transportation runs only until 12.30p.m. and all the clubs and bars have to close at 2a.m.

Still, the cultural and historical sites located in and around Boston make it worth the trip. But be sure to bring either a well filled wallet or a high limited credit card because in recent comparisons, Boston was ranked first regarding living as well as housing costs.

There are several good websites that cover many aspects of Boston. Check out my link page for a small selection of them.
